A Ponsford Stand member you have access to redeeming a $0 reserved seat on Level 2 for Hawthorn Home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium. Plus, you receive access to discounted guest tickets.
There are 2 ways you can now attend the footy:
- Pre book your reserved seat and guest tickets*
- Walk up into our General Admission bays^
MCG Home Games:
- Head to Ticketek and login using your Ticketek account.
- Select 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership season and Find Tickets
- Using the drop-down menu, select Club Members & Public Reserve
- Enter your 12-digit barcode number and the barcode numbers for any other Ponsford members that you are booking for.
- Select Unlock Tickets.
- Select the drop-down menu next to Upgrade: Ponsford and change the quantity to 1. If you are redeeming multiple barcodes, you will be required to make this selection under each barcode number.
- If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets, please add these to your cart. Members can purchase up to 2 additional guest tickets per barcode. Please note, members will be charged a transaction fee when purchasing guest tickets.
- Select next and go to checkout.
*The Ponsford bays may change for certain games.

If you would prefer to not book your seat before the match, you can enter the ground using either your physical membership card or digital membership card and sit in the allocated General Admission bays*
