Baby: Under the age of 2 as of 1 January 2026.
Toddler: Under the age of 4 as of 1 January 2026.
Junior: Under the age of 15 as of 01/01/2026.
Youth: Under the age of 18 as of 01/01/2026.
Family: Family membership can consist of 2 adults and up to 4 juniors (Under the age of 15 as of 01/01/2026).
Concession: To qualify for a concession membership, you must withhold a valid concession card, which include a Centrelink issued Pensioner Concession Card, Department of Veterans' Affairs Card or Department of Veterans' Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card, Full time secondary or tertiary student cards or Centrelink issued: Health Care Card (HCC).
Companion: The AFL is an affiliate of the Companion Card program that exists in some states. If you hold a government issued Companion Card, you are entitled to one complimentary membership for your carer. To access Companion Card membership, please send proof of your Companion Card to membership@hawthornfc.com.au or letter to PO Box 829, Mount Waverly VIC 3149. Once approved, we will issue a complimentary membership identical to the one purchased by the cardholder.
