How can I upgrade, change or cancel my membership?

Upgrade/Change Membership:

To make changes to your membership, please contact the Hawthorn membership team on 03 9535 3045 or at [e-mail].

Cancellation of Membership:

To cancel your membership for 2026, we require this to be done over the phone.

You can call the membership department on [phone] between 9am – 4:30pm on weekdays and one of our team members will be able to assist you with this process.

Alternatively, you can email us at [e-mail] and let us know the most suitable time & contact number for yourself and we can give you a call during our business house to complete the cancellation.
